Transformational Bites™ -
An interactive show

Why is eating so %#&@ complicated?

Transformational Bites™ is an interactive show about our shared complexities with eating and food that brings you directly into the conversation. It gives your voice to real, personal struggles, while offering expert insight on various topics.

In every episode, I’ll address subjects you bring forward directly, giving them oxygen, answering your questions, and offering perspective. Think of this as a combination advice column, skills class, sharing circle, and community.

There are two ways to have your voice heard and possibly be used on an upcoming episode of Transformational Bites™: Voice memo or written commentary. All submissions are anonymous, unless you decide otherwise.

Topic Of The Day: Semaglutide

(AKA Ozempic)

I want to hear about your direct experiences using semaglutide, which is sold under the brand names Ozempic, Wegovy, and Rybelsus.

In particular, I’d love for you to share insights about how being on — and perhaps coming off — these medications might have altered

  • How often you think about food?

  • What your “food voice” says (or doesn’t say)?

  • Your cravings?

  • The mental space you devote to food?
